Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our digital marketing agency. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and coordinating efforts across various teams within the agency.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact within the agency.

·      Understand clients' business goals, marketing objectives, and target audience to develop effective digital marketing strategies.

·      Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and digital specialists, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns and projects.

·      Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.

·      Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.

·      Monitor client satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

·      Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

 

Skills and Experience:

·      Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role within a digital marketing agency.

·      Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

·      Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·      Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

·      Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.

Qualifications:

·      Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Master's degree is a plus.

·      Experience in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns and budgets.

·      Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

·      Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.

·      Google Ads certifications and other relevant advertising certifications are a strong advantage.

·      Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and broader digital marketing channels is beneficial.

Accounts Receivable Accountant

We are seeking a diligent, analytical, and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, monitoring outstanding balances, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will work closely with the accounting and sales departments to ensure accurate financial records, timely collections, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

 Invoicing and Billing

  • Prepare and issue invoices for goods and services in accordance with customer contracts, purchase orders, and internal policies.
  •  Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and distributed to customers on time.

Payment Tracking and Collections

  • Monitor incoming payments to ensure they are applied correctly and promptly.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts by phone, email, or other methods to secure prompt payment.
  • Negotiate payment plans or terms when necessary, always maintaining professional and courteous communication.

Accounts Receivable Reconciliation

  • Reconcile customer accounts regularly to identify and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  •  Investigate and resolve payment inconsistencies or issues (e.g., short pays, double pays, unapplied credits).
  •  Work with the accounting team to ensure all AR activities are accurately captured in the general ledger.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate monthly AR aging reports, highlighting key issues or risks, and propose solutions for overdue receivables.
  • Analyze historical trends to improve the company’s credit and collection policies and drive cash flow optimization.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing tasks, including preparing schedules and analyses for auditors.

Customer Relations

  • Collaborate with customers to resolve any billing or payment issues, prioritizing a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain an organized record of all customer interactions and transactions.

Internal Collaboration and Process Improvement

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Accounting) to coordinate billing activities, ensure contract compliance, and address any billing-related inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes or refine AR procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on best practices in accounts receivable management, as well as relevant accounting regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a related finance/accounting role.

Technical Proficiency

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., GAAP).
  •  Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Experience with ERP systems or CRM tools is highly desirable.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot numerical discrepancies quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

Communication and Customer Service

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities when dealing with delinquent accounts.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

  • Credit Analysis
  •  Assess client creditworthiness by reviewing financial statements or payment history and make recommendations on payment terms or credit limits.
  • Collaborate with management to implement or revise credit policies to minimize financial risk.

Policy Compliance

  •  Maintain adherence to company credit and collections policies; suggest improvements based on data analysis and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the credit and collection process.

Aging Receivables Management

  • Maintain a systematic approach to tracking outstanding balances and following up on past-due invoices.
  • Propose strategies for reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and bad debt reserves.

Documentation and Record-Keeping

  • Keep thorough records of credit approvals, payment agreements, overdue notices, and collection efforts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and documents.
